Shopping for bread at Radix Bakery House

Assalamualaikum everyone.

Let's talk about food. I don't any idea on fashion for today. It's not entirely true but my mind is not functioning actively after a small car accident yesterday. Someone reversed his car at a junction so suddenly even though he knows the road was quite busy. And as the immediate car behind him, I am the victim. Anyway, alhamdulillah I'm ok except for my car and his. I'm not going into details but briefly everything is settled.

Now, back to the topic above, last Sunday, on the way home I dropped by Radix Bakery House to buy some bread. This is another branch of Radix companies which I think I've featured in an earlier post before. Anyway, Radix is locally owned by a Muslim and the whole products are Halal.

Here are the bread,
Potato Bread, Sweet Corn Bread, French Baguette, Pizza and Sandwich

They are my stock for a week. I have not been baking bread for quite a long time and I miss my home made bread. Since buying Halal bread is easy around here, so I'm ok.

And here is the bakery,

RBH at Jalan Paya Rambai.

Let's enjoy eating the bread with me.

Is this a new place? I know I went to a bakery in KB 10 yrs ago but can't remember the name. What I remember is all the desserts there have barely any sugar compared to here.

On a side not I tried to find your email on here but I don't see any. I was wondering if you could blog about how you became a librarian and a bookshop owner. I love books and would love to be in your shoes, masha Allah. Love to know how you got there.

It's relatively new but there are other bakeries around town these days. In the middle of the town there's one old bakery named Super Roti, do you know that one? Located near the central bus station. Haha... desserts in the bakeries are still not that sweet because Kelantanese delicacies/kuih are already very sweet.

Sorry about the email. I seldom advertise my email in personal blogs except when someone ask for it. It's hanniaziz@yahoo.com if you'd like to email me.

:) this is the first time someone ask me to blog about my working and business life. I'll think about it. Insyaallah it's nothing secret. Maybe I'll write about it sometimes. Insyaallah.

Thanks for asking.

Thanks for the email and for considering my suggestion. I don't remember it being called Super Roti. I remember they had cakes. So funny, last night I dreamed that I went back to Malaysia.

How I wish I could have more Muslim bakeries around my area..

Wa'alaikummussalam C.
You are welcome. If they have many cakes then it must Mitsutake or Muhibbah Cake House.
How long have you left this country C?

Muhibbah sounds familiar. I was there in 2000 (April to August).

Muhibbah has been around for more than 10 years so I think you've came across the bakery when you were here.
